Who runs this site

This website is operated by WBE LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email and your message.

If you book sessions

For sessions, I ask for your date of birth, where you live and a phone number. I use them to confirm eligibility, schedule sessions and send invoices. Payments are handled through HoneyBook and sessions take place on Zoom, each with its own privacy policy.

Session notes

I keep private notes to support continuity between sessions. They are kept private, treated as confidential, and retained only as long as needed or as required by law.

How it is used

Messages from the contact form are used only to reply to you. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

Where it is stored

Messages are delivered through the website host, Netlify, and kept in my email.

Cookies

None. This site does not track you, so “Do Not Track” browser settings change nothing here.

Age

This site and its sessions are for adults 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Deleting your information

You can ask me to delete your messages at any time. Information needed for sessions, invoices and session notes is kept as long as needed or as required by law.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.

Terms

The writing, recordings and images on this site belong to Esmeralda and WBE LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Meditations

The recordings are offered freely for personal use, for relaxation and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and do not replace care from a qualified professional. Do not listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you feel unwell or distressed, stop. You listen at your own discretion and responsibility.

Sessions

Sessions are transpersonal and reflective work, not therapy, medical care or a crisis service. Every client signs an agreement before their first session, governed by Florida law.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Each client is entitled to one complimentary late cancellation or missed appointment per calendar year, no questions asked.

Late arrivals

Sessions still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late.

Under

Under is promoted on this site but is a separate app operated by UNDER APP LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its own terms and privacy policy at underapp.ai. Nothing you share in Under is shared with sessions, or the other way around.

Other websites

Links to Amazon, Under and other sites lead to places with their own policies. I am not responsible for them.

Liability

This site and everything on it is offered as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, WBE LLC and Esmeralda are not liable for any harm or loss arising from its use. These terms are governed by Florida law.
